Anyone can make this meal for champions. Let’s start with the all the all-time classic favorite
Make sure you find a ripe avocado, Hass avocados are my fave. Cut it in half and take out the pit, ( could also save the pit for growing an avocado tree, but that’s another blog!) grab two pieces of your favorite bread and put them into the toaster. Scrape the inside of the avocado into a bowl and squeeze in lemon to taste I usually do a whole lemon. Then add salt and pepper, I also like to add the Flavor God seasonings to switch up the flavor. Mash that all up together leave it a little chunky. Then the toast should have popped up by now add some grass-fed butter to the toast so it melts then spread on the avocado mixture on top. I either top it off with a little bit of goat cheese and or vinegar. So yummy!!! lol, I think I’m going to go make some now.
One of the favorite vegan dressings we eat is made with avocado and it’s delicious! We aren’t vegan but we do incorporate it into our diet, because why not? Yummy, healthy and easy to make? Sign me up
So start by getting two ripe Hass avocados, remove the pit and scrape the inside into your Vitamix or Blendtec, squeeze in two limes, some almond milk depending on how thick you would like the dressing I usually do about a half of a cup. Then throw in a clove of peeled garlic and some cilantro then hit blend. Pour this on your favorite salad or use it as a veggie dip. Okay, I’m seriously getting hungry!
